FlowPay
FlowPay is a payment institution supervised and authorized by the Bank of Italy, specializing in the development of open banking and digital payment solutions. Since 2025, it has been part of the BANCOMAT Group, strengthening its role as a fintech and technology partner for companies across multiple sectors, including financial institutions, software providers, marketplaces, digital platforms, utilities, and petrol companies.
FlowPay’s journey began within the PSD2 framework, with authorizations for Account Information Services (AISP) and Payment Initiation Services (PISP). Over time, its scope of operations expanded to include Payment Execution and the issuance of payment instruments, laying the foundations for an increasingly comprehensive and integrated offering.
As a deep-tech company, FlowPay has designed its technology around an API-first, modular, and composable architecture, enabling partners to integrate information services, collection and payment tools, and advanced functionalities directly into their systems, while preserving continuity with their own user experience and tailoring the solution to specific business needs.
The offering includes, among other solutions, advanced payments (bulk, split, and conditional payments), Payment Initiation, tokenization for recurring payments, management of pagoPA payment notices, and the orchestration of complex financial flows through technical accounts. These capabilities are complemented by integrated and centralized AML compliance tools, designed to simplify regulatory requirements and ensure consistent management across different flows.
By combining regulatory licenses, proprietary technology, and strong integration capabilities, FlowPay enables partners to build customized, scalable, and secure financial and payment services, turning operational needs and new business models into integrated digital experiences.
