The "Legal HR Suite", addressed to the HR Human Resources Department and to the Legal Department of this Department, constitutes the specific solution for the management of employee labor disputes.

The Suite allows you to follow the dispute in all its steps, also starting from any external reports, allows you to keep track of previous disciplinary measures and all the data contained in the "Single employee dashboard" (which contains information such as classification, level, date of employment, CV, etc.) and to manage any litigation phase, with the possibility of involving external consultants or lawyers. All degrees of judgment are supported, as are any conciliation or settlement proposals. Particular attention is given to the causes that can arise from whistleblowing.

The solution includes prediction tools and an online template system for producing documents directly from within the procedure, in order to reduce the risks relating to sensitive data.

An advanced reporting system helps the Management and the dedicated Legal Department, both in the management of positions and in the strategic analysis of the causes, just as it is possible to send the annual Mod. 23 reports from the application.

The solution can be integrated with company systems through specific technological connectors, capable of making Legal Work communicate with other applications to be even more intuitive to use and useful for daily work and create a real operating ecosystem.
