Panda

Panda is a comprehensive core banking platform, web-based, modular and API-oriented, built on a full-cloud microservices architecture. It provides end-to-end coverage of the entire banking relationship lifecycle and natively integrates distressed credit management (UTP/NPL) and securitisations. 

The architecture enables modules to be activated progressively without disrupting processes, ensuring interoperability with legacy systems and external services and accelerating go-live. The operating model is scalable and adapts to both centralised environments and distributed structures, supporting multi-entity, multilingual and multi-regulatory contexts. 

Within banking, Panda supports the full range of retail banking processes. The platform manages the commercial portfolio, deposit and lending products and cash and branch operations, including transactions and interbank relationships. Panda enables product distribution and integrates with home and corporate banking channels, ensuring continuity between the front end and the core system. It also manages invoicing, general ledger accounting, financial statements, and management and regulatory reporting. 

For distressed credit, the modules dedicated to defaulted exposures and UTP/NPL management support the operations of Master and Special Servicers with tools for monitoring and managing the value of positions: cash flow reconciliation, SPV and securitisation management, impairment, payment reporting, repayment plan monitoring and litigation management. 

Across all functions, Panda integrates compliance capabilities (AML processes) and regulatory reporting, together with risk management tools featuring early warning mechanisms, ensuring complete traceability and full compliance with regulatory requirements. Through specialised dashboards and centralised data, the platform provides immediate visibility of performance, cash flows and operational risks, improving efficiency, control and data quality.
