WWS BRANCH is the suite of applications for the branch of the future developed around the advantages of the WinWebServer omni-channel banking platform and capable of centrally managing all the devices that together make up the new branch model. ATMs with cash out and cash in and recycling, kiosks equipped with document scanners, tablets, displays with digital signage or even the new ASST devices (Assisted self service Teller).

In particular, the ASSTs, located inside or near the branch the multifunctional self-service terminals (ASSTs) enable continuous functions (24/7), through which the customer can carry out a wide range of operations in self-service mode, ensuring greater convenience for customers, integrating in-person interactions. For more complex transactions, in fact, with the ASST it is possible to guarantee videoconference interaction with the bank's consultants in a secure and personalized way.
