The Regulatory Suite is a product dedicated to official communications with Banca Italia and the European Central Bank, capable of producing the main periodic documents required by the two institutions in the Legal Banking area.

In particular, thanks to specific tools, the solution is able to interrogate a system to produce the reporting documents required by the control body, such as for example the Half-Year Report for Complaints or the Annual Report for Cases. The creation of reports and documents is completely automated and carried out by applying proprietary algorithms customized on the basis of customer needs, in order to eliminate errors due to manual entry. The updating of the documents created in this way can be periodic, or, if the suite integrates other Micra products, in real time.

The documents thus obtained can then be consulted from specific profiles and also forwarded to internal or external control bodies directly from within the procedure.

The Regulatory solution can be integrated with other Micra products, to create a virtuous management ecosystem that helps reduce repetitive activities to focus on those with higher added value.
