The Legal Work Suite has been the point of reference for the management of legal, economic and reputational risks for large companies for 25 years. Through this tool and all its functions it is possible to manage pre-litigation and procedural phases - and for these of all levels of judgment - of the practices entrusted to the Legal Departments, from mediations to lawsuits, both passive and active, at every level of judgement.

The Suite integrates various tools with which to manage a position, such as the interface with Op Risk, the advanced legal agenda that allows the insertion of the procedural procedures, the automatic procedural deadlines, the integrated document production system, the single repository for uploading, saving and consulting documents, managing provisions, budgets and legal expenses.

The solution can be integrated with company systems through specific technological connectors, capable of making Legal Work communicate with other applications to be even more intuitive to use and useful for daily work.

It is also possible to manage the panel of external lawyers who are involved in the management of positions from within the solution, and thanks to a special interface dedicated to them, it is possible to involve them directly in the management of the practices, uploading documents, updating the progress steps procedural and uploading the reservations relating to the activities carried out. The use of the Legal Work suite makes shared management with external users compliant with privacy and personal data protection regulations. A dashboard and monitoring system, both massive and detailed, allows for the production of reports, risk analysis and workload management.

The Legal Work Suite can also be linked with other Micra products to enable comprehensive risk management and the creation of an operational ecosystem.
