The Suite is aimed at both the Legal Department and the Consulting Function and allows for the functional management of all requests for opinion or advice received.

Firstly, the software allows you to describe the impacts on the structure of the consultancy request received, identifying the request and highlighting its characteristics. Subsequently, Legal Affaires allows the opinion to be drawn up, also allowing for the involvement of any additional internal offices whose expertise proves necessary in each particular case. A system of signatory powers, which reflects the corporate organization chart, allows for the opinion to be finalized and sent, directly from within the procedure, to its recipients.

The solution also features advanced dashboards and reporting, which support strategic analysis and workload management, and can also be linked with other Micra products to enable the creation of an operational ecosystem.
