The Suite has two souls, one dedicated to the activities of the Compliance Department and the other to the needs of the Data Protection Officer, to manage the activities dedicated to regulatory compliance, whether they are aimed at internal investigations or external communication.

In particular, the software makes it possible to support all process validation activities, allowing the company organization chart and the various processes to be replicated internally, focusing on the most delicate steps in terms of rights protection. Thanks to the possible connections with the other Suites created by Micra, it is possible to obtain both detailed reports on accesses, modifications and other activities concerning the files analysed, as well as detailed reports and registers.

With particular reference to the activities of the DPO, in the event of a data breach, the solution allows for the rapid sending of legal communications to the competent authorities and offers a facilitated procedure for identifying the perimeter of the damage and any remediation activities (e.g. in the case of involvement in the attack of personal data the communication of the same to the owners of the same data).

The solution also features an advanced dashboard and reporting system and can be linked with other Micra products to enable the creation of an operational ecosystem.
