The ADR Suite is the solution dedicated to the management of deflationary methods of litigation, in particular Complaints, Financial Banking Arbitration, Arbitration for Financial Disputes and Complaints, both at the Bank of Italy and at other bodies or bodies in charge.

Through this tool it is possible to manage and monitor a position to prevent it from turning into a legal dispute, in order to contain costs and try to mend relations with the proponent.

The Suite can be integrated with corporate systems through specific technological connectors, to produce even more benefits of use. Natively offers various management tools, such as the agenda for entering the procedural procedures, the automatic schedule for, the integrated document production system, the single repository for loading, saving and consulting documents, the management of provisions, budget and legal expenses.

A dashboard and monitoring system, both massive and detailed, allows for the production of reports, risk analysis and workload management.

The ADR Suite can also be connected with other Micra products, to allow complete management of the risk connected to a position in all its phases, pre-litigation or judicial, making it possible to measure and apply retention strategies.
