SICRAT ® RAP and PEC | Metoda Finance

RAP & PEC are the modules enabling Banking and Financial Intermediaries to send the Register of Rapports to the Italian Revenue Agency (Treasury Ministry) and to forward information via certified e-mail in response to Financial Investigations

RAP

The RAP module, following the Revenue Agency's Order of 19/01/07 No. 2007/9647, allows the management of the Financial Reports Registry communications by monthly forwarding the Communications to the Italian Revenue Agency (Treasury Ministry).

The RAP software solution allows to:

• Generate individual communications for both initial submission and response
• Diagnose any anomaly in advance
• Capture the communications of anomalies
• Regenerate communications by re-importing data

PEC

The PEC module enables the management of requests for information from the Italian Revenue Agency (Treasury Ministry) through Certified Electronic Mail (PEC) made mandatory as part of the fight against tax evasion by Law No. 311/2004 (2005 Finance Act).

The PEC module allows to:

• Interact directly with the certified mailbox;
• Manage quickly and with full visibility the received requests and the sent responses
• Store in a relational Database both the sent requests and replies so to guarantee the Institute even in case of subsequent audits over time.
