Siav Services HUB – Domestic and Foreign Electronic Invoicing

As of today, the XML format and the SdI channel are the cornerstones of the Italian Electronic Invoicing system. In addition, Article 1 - paragraphs 1103 and 1104 - of Budget Law 2021 introduced the obligation for Italian companies to also send foreign invoicing information to SdI in the same "XML B2B" format as domestic invoices.

Siav Services Hub is the high-added value Enterprise Service Platform that offers a complete service in "full outsourcing," which includes the functionalities for processing, sending, receiving and monitoring XML invoices to both PA and private parties (B2B), complying with the relevant mandatory formats and specific technical rules according to the current regulations.

The sending service involves a control and processing activity on all invoices produced by ERP. Then, where required, a bulk signature is placed on invoices, which are then sent via SdI or Peppol and, with dedicated dashboards, their status can be monitored. Likewise, foreign invoices are processed by converting them to the formats required by the various countries and managing the dedicated channels according to the B2G, B2B and B2B rules of the various nations.

The receiving service provides that, for each invoice sent by suppliers, a notification can be received. Invoices and related information are stored and indexed in order to make them searchable through quick, powerful and intuitive search features. Should it be necessary, the service allows managing the flow of responses to SdI.

Manual and automatic exports of invoices, receipts, metadata and SdI notifications can be performed from Siav Services Hub.

Siav Services Hub also makes it possible to comply with the latest regulatory requirements in data transmission to the Agency for active and passive revenues, and also to meet the standards and formats required by foreign countries, with the added benefit of keeping the input format provided by the ERP unchanged.
