MyCreditService - Siav Service HUB

Siav Services Hub integrates MyCreditService, the fintech platform of Credit Service, a Siav Group company, which provides advanced services to digitally manage the entire trade credit cycle, from customer and supplier analysis, to cash advance, up to the automation of the collection process.

MyCreditService enables effective action on key pillars such as:

• increased control of financial processes;
• the reduction of explicit and implicit transaction costs related to credit management;
• access to credit.

Digitization of these processes ensures high levels of innovation and efficiency and supports companies in strategic decisions to improve short- and medium- to long-term economic-financial and asset sustainability. 

Risk Management Service: the platform analyzes all trade receivables in real time. By cross-referencing them with accounting information contained within external databases, it provides a constantly updated representation of credit exposure and a risk positioning tool on trade credit.

Service for Credit Management and Credit Collection: the platform supports credit management up to the collection process. Thanks to configurable workflows based on the company's credit policy, the system can be configured to automatically send reminders via e-mail or registered letter to late debtors. Alternatively, the system can be configured to remind users in the administrative area to start the collection process.

Service for Invoice Trading: the innovative algorithm on which the platform is based makes it possible to assign a rating to each credit based on the debtor's strength and payment dynamics. From the portal, thanks to the integrated Invoice Trading marketplace, it is possible to request the demobilization of one or more credits on the platform and, subsequently, to keep track of all the requests submitted.
