The GO ODV 2.0 Solution supports the activity carried out by the Supervisory Body (ODV), in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 231/2001.

The Solution is an aid to produce the Organizational Management and Control Model (MOG) and the periodic reports that the SB must send to top management.

In addition, GO ODV allows, in compliance with the roles and responsibilities, to obtain and share the information necessary to monitor the effective application of the MOG, in collaboration with all the other corporate functions involved in organizational management and audits.
