GFM is Micra's solution to the management needs of splitting a building loan, from the preliminary investigation phase to the resolution with support for all the documentation.

The solution was designed and built to manage all the activities related to a split in a single repository, i.e., acquisition of practices and mortgage shares to be split, checks and balances of properties and amounts, and management of the so-called "summary table".

The product deals with the contextual calculation of the fractionation of assets (real estate) and mortgages.

Following the data entry by the operator, the software takes care of calculating the percentages of the corresponding fractionation for each data.

- Loading of real estate: By entering data relating to the property (cadastral data, sheets, parcels, subordinate, surface, etc..)

- Loading of the mortgage to be split: By entering data such as bank, type of mortgage, associated property unit, customer, notary, expert etc..)

Once the following data has been entered, GFM takes care of generating the division and simultaneously producing the forms associated with it, in particular, it produces documents for customers, the Bank and the local agency, as well as flows and layouts intended for other entities .

GFM is Micra's solution to the problem of split counting and is aimed at Banks, Credit Management and Splitting operating offices, as an automatism aimed at minimizing counting errors.
