PCP – Phoenix Compliance Platform

PCP is a modular RegTech platform designed to automate AML and tax compliance obligations, reducing operational burden and ensuring full regulatory adherence.

It provides integrated management of reporting duties to tax and supervisory authorities - including CRS/FATCA, DAC6, CESOP, AUI, SOS and PRUI - through guided and configurable workflows.

The platform is scalable and delivered also in SaaS mode, with modules that can be activated on demand according to the intermediary’s operational scope. Its open, API-ready architecture enables seamless integration with core banking, document management and accounting systems, ensuring automated flows, data consistency and reduced manual effort.
