PCP – Phoenix Compliance Platform

PCP is the modular RegTech platform designed to automate tax, anti-money laundering and regulatory obligations. A single application core supports banks, branches of foreign banks, finance companies, leasing and factoring companies, SIMs, SGRs, insurance companies, trust companies and service centres. 

The suite enables organisations to activate only the modules they need and covers, among others, Anagrafe dei Rapporti Finanziari, financial and judicial investigations, FATCA/CRS, CESOP, Tax Monitoring, Fondo Unico di Giustizia, DAC6, Bonus POS, merchant transactions, insurance contracts and premiums, reimbursed healthcare expenses, FTT, Certificazione Unica, REI and Italian Tax ID validation. 

PCP manages the entire operational lifecycle: data acquisition and normalisation, formal and consistency checks, exception management, preparation of data flows, submission through Entratel, SID and SDI channels, receipt of outcomes and workflow monitoring. Guided processes, activity traceability and centralised information reduce manual work and the risk of error, improving the timeliness and quality of communications with Agenzia delle Entrate and other authorities. 

The platform is scalable and available in SaaS mode, with modules that can be activated on demand according to the size and scope of the intermediary. Its open, API-ready structure enables immediate integration with core banking, document management and accounting systems, ensuring automated flows, fewer errors and data consistency. 

PCP is built on open standards and Java/Web technologies, with an API-first architecture, micro front ends, Spring Boot and Angular, and centralised security management through Keycloak. It is Docker-ready and compatible with different application servers and databases.
