Navsquare

Navsquare is the specialised operational platform designed for SGRs, Alternative Investment Funds, SICAFs, holding companies, SPVs and other investment vehicles. Built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, it integrates the administrative, accounting, tax and regulatory management of different entities within a single environment. 

For SGRs, FIAs and SICAFs, the solution covers three main areas: Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency and Regulatory Reporting. Fund Accounting includes master data, accounting, treasury, investments and assets, NAV calculation, financial statements and reports. Transfer Agency supports subscribers, contracts, positions, capital calls, payments, proceeds and redemptions, as well as AML/KYC, AUI and S.Ar.A. capabilities. Regulatory Reporting manages submissions to Banca d’Italia, Consob and ESMA, including TA/TB, TE/TF, T1/T2, AIFMD and Consob Real Estate Portfolio II.24, covering data input, validation, reconciliation and the production of submission files. 

The same platform also covers the accounting, tax and regulatory processes of SICAFs, holding companies, SPVs and other vehicles, according to their respective operational scope. A single data source powers operations, controls and reporting across integrated and traceable processes, reducing duplication, manual activities and reconciliations. 

Accessible via browser in SaaS mode, Navsquare supports multi-company structures with data segregation and configurable roles, permissions and workflows. It is designed to integrate with third-party applications and can be adopted in SaaS mode, as a managed service, through specialised BPO or as a fully outsourced solution, with modular Application Management, backup, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery services.
