Forward 3000 - Core Leasing

Forward 3000 is an end-to-end platform for managing financial leasing, operating leases, and loans, covering the entire commercial, operational, accounting, and compliance lifecycle, from contract execution to regulatory reporting. It ensures compliance with IAS/IFRS and local GAAP and includes dedicated plugins for reporting to the Bank of Italy.

Built on a modular, flexible architecture, it is available as SaaS, on-premise, and multi-company and adapts to any IT environment. Its container-ready, microservices-based, API-first approach, combined with a configurable BPM engine with drag-and-drop tools, enables tailored process design and seamless integration with existing corporate systems.

Forward 3000 supports multiple products and channels across direct networks, partners, and self-service channels. The BPM engine differentiates application behaviour by company, product, channel, organisational structure, and user, ensuring operational standardisation, proper authorisation management, and integration between human activities, automated validations, and external applications.

The platform includes AI capabilities for asset monitoring (KYA – Know Your Asset), credit-risk early warning systems, and user-support chatbots. Continuous auditing and certified cybersecurity ensure operational security, reliability, and scalability; the solution is already used by leading industry operators.

Forward 3000 Core Leasing can be integrated with Forward KYA – Know Your Asset, a Finomnia module for asset monitoring based on AI, IoT, and ESG parameters. It includes asset localisation, pay-per-use leasing, usage-pattern analysis, crash detection, and anti-fraud tools for claims management.
