Credit Cards

The module supports the processing and management of customised credit and debit cards operating on both proprietary and international schemes, such as Mastercard and Visa. The solution covers the entire product life cycle and enables the issuance of charge cards, revolving credit cards and cards with a revolving option.  

In particular, the system manages all the main operational stages, from the product application and credit approval through to production of the physical card and the purchase transaction authorisation process, which may be outsourced to external providers.

It also includes the calculation and issuance of statements, the accounting of transactions and statements, as well as all post-sales activities required to ensure maximum flexibility of the offering, such as changes to the credit limit, instalment amount or due date, promotional purchases and the management of differentiated credit lines.  

Lastly, the module enables the monitoring and control of all actions supporting the proper management of relationships with customers and intermediaries, making it possible to track and verify activities performed both on individual cards and within the overall management of relationships.
