CQS

The Salary-backed Loans module is specifically designed to manage the entire life cycle of loans secured by the assignment of up to one fifth of the borrower’s salary (CQS) or pension (CQP), as well as payment delegation loans.

The solution provides end-to-end management of all standard contract processes, from application entry through to loan disbursement, via a guided operational workflow.

The system also provides comprehensive support for all events that may occur after disbursement, whether part of the ordinary loan life cycle, such as partial or full early repayment, payment rescheduling and contract transfers, or related to credit irregularities, including claims management, renewed notifications and debt collection activities.

The solution also fully covers the information and regulatory reporting requirements established by the main applicable Italian and European regulations.

Its high degree of process automation is further enhanced by dedicated features for relationship management and the automated exchange of information with public administrations, insurance companies and other external service providers, as well as by specific tools supporting operational communications between back-office teams and intermediaries.
