The Salary Secured Loans module is specifically designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a loan with a Salary Secured Loans or Pension as well as Delegations of Payment.

End-to-end management of all the standard contract lifecycle processes is ensured, from initial contract setup through to loan disbursement, supported by a guided operational workflow.

The solution also fully manages all events that may arise after disbursement, whether as part of normal operations (such as partial or total early repayments, queuing, takeovers, and similar events) or in connection with non-performing credit situations (including claims handling, renotifications, debt recovery activities, and related processes).

Compliance with reporting and disclosure obligations under the main Italian and European regulatory frameworks is fully supported. A prominent level of process automation is further enabled by dedicated functionalities for managing relationships and automated interactions with public administrations, insurance companies, and other external service providers, as well as by specific tools designed to streamline and facilitate communications between back-office units and Intermediaries.
