The Corporate & SME Lending module is designed to support the management of the main credit products available to corporate and SME customers, covering the entire lending lifecycle, from the initial application through to post-disbursement servicing.

The solution enables the configuration and management of a range of lending products and facilities, with customisable repayment schedules and financial terms aligned with the institution’s credit policies.

The system provides integrated management of the credit assessment, creditworthiness evaluation, approval, disbursement and ongoing monitoring stages. It also supports credit reviews, renegotiations, early repayments and the management of exception cases. An advanced parameterisation framework allows pricing, fees, collateral and ancillary services to be configured according to the company’s profile and the type of transaction.

The solution is designed to integrate with the bank’s front-office and back-office systems and supports accounting, supervisory reporting and regulatory reporting requirements. It ensures control, traceability and operational consistency throughout the entire credit relationship.

The module’s capabilities are currently being enhanced through the introduction of agentic AI, enabling integration with customers’ AI capabilities in line with the usability standards expected by the market.
