Consumer Loans

The module provides comprehensive management of Personal Loans, Finalised Loans, and Auto Loans, supporting both fixed-rate and variable-rate repayment plans that can be configured through tools designed to ensure a prominent level of product flexibility.

The solution covers the full loan lifecycle, from initial data capture and contract creation through to disbursement, as well as all post-sales activities.

These include early repayments, queuing, refinancing, changes to instalment amounts or due dates, the management of moratoriums, and both standard and non-performing contract closures. Thanks to a highly parameterised configuration framework, the module allows tailored setup of the key product components, such as pricing rules, commissions, and the management of additional services, both insurance-related and non-insurance.

The solution is also designed to enable full integration with dealer networks and to support the management of the TFS product. The functional scope is completed by features addressing accounting processes and regulatory reporting requirements.
