Conteggi&Vent855, allows you to perform multiple types of interest calculations, with particular reference to the specificity dictated by art. 2855 of the civil code, but also more simply to scale, for the determination of the residual credit or for the revaluation of the same, with automatic application of the threshold rates referring to the types of financing indicated.

The calculations concerning the development of a count relating to a mortgage, as well as a credit deriving from a third-party attachment, can be summarized, updated and restated, with the possibility of performing manual typing or data import functions from Excel files, with absolute immediacy and ease of use.

With particular attention to the professional categories involved in the sector of executive procedures or with third parties, the software carries out accurate calculations based on the intervals established in the civil code by article 2855. The application automatically acquires the applicable rates from the official sites, always updated and available (e.g. IRS, Euribor, Legal Rate), in addition to those that can be entered manually by the user (Conventional rate, Default rate, percentage increases, etc., etc.).
