Business Process As A Service (BPaaS): The Cedacri group can provide support for the customers’ in-house organisational structure with a structured and consultancy-oriented approach aimed at offering BPaaS solutions. These solutions allow financial institutions to rationalise their operational processes and simplify in-house methods of managing activities, thus guaranteeing service levels through the design and management of vertical solutions and/or structured projects of selection and sourcing coordination.

It offers services modelled on the customers’ business and guarantees comprehensive coverage of the services requested through a “turnkey” solution. It oversees all the operational stages through the use of customised workflows, designed in conjunction with the customers and provides the tools to maintain governance and control of the processes and service levels.

The Group constantly updates its offer in order to cut down execution times and improve the quality of the service through the implementation of automation (e.g. Robot Process Automation; Robot Cognitive Automation).
