Quid Informatica

Founded in 1987, Quid Informatica employs more than 400 professionals working throughout at its headquarters in Florence and i offices in Milan, Manerbio (BS), Padua and Trieste. The company’s main focus is the design and development of ICT solutions in the Financial Services industry, facilitating the digital transformation of banks and financial institutions.

Quid’s deep knowledge of banking processes, combined with its experience in the consumer credit sector, led to the development of the Qinetic Platform: an innovative cloud-native credit lifecycle management product that enables omnichannel strategies for financial services. The platform has been on the market since 2016 and is in continuous development, at the top of innovation in Italy in terms of infrastructure and functionality.

The Florence office also houses Qi-Lab, the company's R&D centre, a laboratory that transforms ideas into products for the creation of high value-added projects with the use and development of breakthrough technologies such as blockchain and machine learning.

In June 2023 Quid acquired the majority stake in Cabel Industry, an established player in the outsourcing and banking services sector. This enables the pooling of technologies and skills to formulate a comprehensive and integrated offering of products and services for the banking and financial markets.

Quid has been on IDC Italia’s Top 100 Software and IT Services ranking for several years. It was also mentioned by L'Economia del Corriere della Sera as a leading company in software solutions for financial services and included among the 500 Italian Champions companies considered essential for the post-pandemic recovery.
