Coverflex

Coverflex is a solution for flexible compensation that allows companies to reduce costs and increase the earning potential of their employees.

Companies can manage welfare benefits, meal vouchers, and exclusive discounts in a single digital platform. Employees, on the other hand, have the ability to choose how to spend their benefits flexibly based on their preferences, using the Coverflex card and app.

Client companies pay an annual fee to manage flexible compensation for their employees. Each employee receives a voucher card that allows them to spend a budget on welfare benefits, meal vouchers, and other flexible benefits provided by the company.

The company has a digital platform to transparently manage these benefits, benefiting both Human Resources and the employees themselves. The services provided allow access to tax benefits for flexible compensation.

Coverflex was launched in 2021 in Portugal by Luís Rocha (CMO, former TUI Musement), Miguel Santo Amaro (CEO, former Uniplaces), Nuno Pinto (CBO, former Kide), Rui Carvalho (COO, former Unbabel), and Tiago Fernandes (CTO, former Bitmaker).

To date, it has 3,600 client companies and 70,000 employees using the solution.
